Receptionist staff help me so much and they are nice person. The room is clean and perfectly comfortable for me. The food in restaurant are the best and delicious. Andreas staff FO greet me warmly during breakfast and I would love to come back another time

Breakfast was good and the staff were very thoughtful and helpful. But the hotel room is a little small, the bed is a little narrow, the room phone is also broken, there are problems can not contact the front desk. Overall, the experience was OK and comfortable

We had our Japanese Director whose always staying at Mercure PIK since our company has a corporate account. In short, we had a schedule mixed up to pick our director on the day he was checking out and he has a meeting conference that was held in Bekasi area. Fortunately, Mr. Ganda (a mercure staff I presume) as front desk connected me to him, so i requested his help to assist our guest to a silver bird, guide our guest and driver to the meeting point in Bekasi. So thankful and wonderful for his help that our guest arrived safety and ontime for the meeting. Truly appreciate his effort and work ethic for arranging everything. Very good experience so far with Mercure. Keep it up.

Just stayed for 1 night and it was great. I love the ambience. the decor and furniture are impressive upon arrival warm greeted by mini hippo The bed was comfortable and the AC is a cold enough. Food at the restaurant was decent. The place has a great location, situated next to the mall. Very thankful to Mas Adam for the assistance and so value for the money and reasonable

This hotel ja very convenient and close to the airport. Attached to the mall with lots of food choices and there is always something for the family. The room is always clean and staff is attentive. The consistency of cleanliness and friendliness are always inspiring! Love it!
